NOSIOLA AND VINO SANTO TASTING ORGANIZED BY ONAV BOLOGNA
Wednesday January 21st Relais Bellaria Hotel & Congress
On Wednesday, January 21st we attended Nosiola and Vino Santo wine tasting session in Bologna organized by ONAV Bologna at the Relais Bellaria Hotel & Congress.
The evening was attended by four wine producers: Marco Pisoni for our winery, Erika Pedrini for Pravis, Alessandro Poli for Francesco Poli and Mario Pojer for Pojer&Sandri.
A wine tasting path has been created to discover Nosiola, the only native white grape in Trentino. This path saw the various Nosiola being presented directly by their respective producers and finished with the King of Trentino’s raisins wine, flagship of the Valle dei Laghi oenology, Vino Santo (Holy Wine).
