Thanks to the microclimate of Valle dei Laghi, in our fields grow not only vineyards but also olive trees. With their fruits we produce – in very small quantities – an extra virgin oil of great quality. It is an “extreme” oil, produced from trees cultivated in a territory that represents the North limit, worldwide, of the oil production. Arrigo Pisoni, the patriarch of our company and the father of Stefano, is the president of Associazione Amici dell’Olivo Estremo, which reunites all the small producers of our valley. Our oil has a delicate flavour, a low level of acidity and it is very rich in oleic acid, an element that has important benefic effects for health.
